30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Please contact us at help@velroorial.shop with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In that case we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible at help@velroorial.shop.
